How can I make changes to my Medscape account information?

You will need to do this through our website, and not through our mobile application:          

  1. Visit and log into your account.
  2. In the upper-right corner click the icon next to your own name.
  3. Choose “My Account” from the drop-down menu.
  4. On the next screen select “Professional/Contact Information”.
  5. Here you can change your display name, email or mailing address, password, professional information or any other information within your profile.
  6. Once you have entered the information within your profile that you want to change, click the “Update” button at the bottom.
