The Medscape site is not loading properly / I'm seeing a 'Page Not Found' error. What can I try?

Please try clearing your browser cache and deleting your browser cookies to resolve this issue. Please be aware that if you delete ALL cookies, it will erase any saved usernames or passwords that you may have stored in your browser for automatic login.  You may also want to try switching your browser into or out of ‘compatibility mode’ as well.
 
In order for the site to remember you, the browser you’re using needs to be set to accept cookies. That way when you click the box for ‘Remember me on this computer’ a cookie will be stored in your cache that retains your login information for the next time.
 
If these steps don’t help to resolve the issue, please let me know what browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc), as well as your operating system information (Windows 7, MAC OS 10, etc). Please also provide an example url or link that is currently not working on your end.
