I've reset my password but still cannot login. What am I doing wrong?

If you’ve already reset your password, but you’re still getting the popup that says “That username/password combination is not valid”, then you are most likely entering an incorrect username. Please click HERE to retrieve the correct username on your account. You can also use the 'Forgot Username' link from either the Medscape homepage, or the login screen.  You'll need to enter the email address that is associated with your Medscape account.
