When filling out the contact form, please select the category of ‘Update My Profile’ and subcategory of ‘Other Profile Changes’.
Within the description, please describe your inquiry and the following information:
- Any and all email addresses you may have used when registering (regardless of whether they are current/working)
- Medscape username(s)
- The zip code/postal code you entered when registering
- Your full first and last name
- Your date of birth
- The profession and medical specialty you chose at registration
Once we confirm that you are the owner of a duplicate registration, we will merge the accounts into your most current Medscape account to consolidate all information.
