Medscape has national CME accreditation through the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Commission on Accreditation. Each state has different requirements. Nurses residing in Florida should refer to the state board requirements at http://www.floridasnursing.gov/. The board accepts AMA PRA Category 1 credit from national providers with ACCME accreditation, like Medscape. For these activities, you will need to report your credit into CE Broker.
