USA - Amazon: 

Within 6-8 weeks after the survey closes (which is different from the date completed), you will receive an email from email@mail.webmdprofessional.com, which contains a link to your reward in the form of an Amazon.com electronic gift card* (code). Your rewards are always available to review within your Survey Panel within your Medscape profile, too.

• Click on the CLAIM button/link within your received email from a desktop/laptop computer. Note that this process does not always work from a mobile device.
• Log into your Medscape.com account (if prompted).
• Your gift card/code will appear on screen. Click the "Claim Now" button.
• On the final page, you will be provided with your Amazon.com gift code. Click the "copy" button to copy the gift code. Please note, once the Amazon gift card is claimed, you will only have access to the gift code for 1 hour. This is due to a recent change implemented by Amazon. It's best to add your code to your Amazon account as soon as you claim it. Once the 1 hour window has passed, you will be provided a Reward Request ID and amount to provide the Support team.
• To redeem your gift code, visit www.Amazon.com. Go to your Amazon.com account. Enter your gift code and click "Apply to Your Account." When you redeem an Amazon.com code to your account, the funds will be stored in "Your Account" and automatically apply to your next eligible order.

IMPORTANT: If you do not claim your gift code by the expiration date listed within the email, you will waive any claim to the gift card.

International - Mastercard

Within 6-8 weeks after the survey closes (which is different from the date completed), you will receive an email from email@mail.webmdprofessional.com, which contains a link to your remuneration in the form of a prepaid MasterCard. Please follow the steps below to claim your reward.

• Log into your Medscape.com account. 
• Click on the CLAIM REMUNERATION button within your received email from a desktop/laptop computer. Note that this process does not always work from a mobile device.
• The redemption site will ask for your name, address, and email address to be associated with your Prepaid Card.  
• Select Virtual Prepaid MasterCard, which will be available for immediate use online. Or, if available, choose a Physical Prepaid MasterCard, to be mailed to you (shipping and handling fee applies).
  
  NOTE: You will have 6 months to claim your reward. Once activated, you will have 12 months to use your Prepaid Card wherever Mastercard is accepted.

IMPORTANT: If you do not claim your gift card by the expiration date listed within the original email, you will waive any claim to the gift card.
