If you experience a technical issue when participating in a survey, please click the Contact Us button on this page, and include the following:

1. The survey name and number, as well as your ID, which are all provided on the survey invitation. (You should see information similar to this within your invite: Paid Study on Medical Research AB 444444.1 and your ID 1234567.)
2. The original email invitation you received
3. Describe what is being experienced and provide the wording of any error message
