1. Your ID and survey ID, which are both provided within the survey invitation
2. The email invitation you received
3. Describe what is being experienced, and provide the wording of any error message(s)
Please note: The majority of our surveys are put together by outside clients. Please allow time for us to communicate with these other parties.
