You will need to do this through our website, not through our mobile application:

Once you are logged into https://www.medscape.com/, please journey to the gear icon, and select 'Professional Information'. From here , please click edit, and one may change profession and add their ID numbers. To change your email address, click the option About You section. Once one has made their desired changes, simply click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page. 

Please note, we no longer collect full physical mailing addresses. After consideration, it was determined that we indeed only need the zip; as this will give us the city. To update your zip code (aka postal code), please click on the gear icon (settings) in the upper right hand corner of the website. Select professional information - click the edit button - enter correct zip code and click 'save'.
