Currently, clinicians residing and practicing in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy or Spain are eligible to participate in these surveys (unless otherwise indicated in the survey invitation).

Please note that even if you reside in the United States, or the aforementioned countries, there may be additional screening questions you may be required to determine whether you qualify to participate in each individual survey opportunity.

Regarding survey screeners, please remember to always select the answer which describes best describes your credentials. This will ensure you are either selected or not selected to move on to the actual survey.  Each survey has its own participation criteria.
