We send targeted survey invitations via email or within our Medscape website. 

Each survey may contain client created screening questions in order to determine if you meet the survey eligibility criteria per our client. 

If you qualify and complete the entire survey, you receive compensation within 4-6 weeks of the survey closing. In the United States, you will receive an electronic Amazon.com gift code for your time.

Outside of the United States, you will receive an electronic MasterCard or Visa gift card. 

Medscape does not limit the amount of remuneration you can earn.

For those residing within the United States, however once you claim $600 or more for the year, we will prompt you to fill out a W-9 form for the IRS.

For those residing outside of the United States, you will receive a prompt/pop up with the proper form for the United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
