To access the Drugs & Diseases reference databases without an Internet connection, you can download the content right to your smart device.

To initially download the content, you will need to connect to WiFi. (using data could be costly) Launch the Medscape app, Click on the 'Hamburger Bar' (top left/three lines) and select 'Data Updates'. From here, please tap on 'Download Clinical Reference'.

Once this is complete, you will no longer need an Internet connection to access Medscape Drugs and Diseases. You will still need internet access to view images, news, and CME content.
