Here is an overview of our Paid Market Research Survey statuses:
- Completed – Pending approval: Your survey is marked complete but is still under review or has not closed. If approved, the status will change to Completed – Approved.
- Completed – Responses not approved: You completed the survey, but the client did not accept your responses. We have little insight into this as the decision is made by the client and cannot be changed
- Completed – Approved: You will be paid for completing the survey.
- Completed – Reward available: Your funds and gift code are ready to claim. Click “Claim” in the payment email to receive your code.
- Completed – Reward claimed: You received your gift code from Medscape. This is the final payment status and does not mean the code has been used.
- Legacy Payment: The survey and payment were processed through our previous system. In most cases, these payments have already been claimed. For questions, click “Contact Us” and provide the survey’s Project Code.
