The Support team can assist you with gaining access to your Amazon code if you are have gone past this 1 hour time limit. Please note that we have moved to new reward vendor, and this information is for past rewards you have previously claimed.

Please review your Survey Portal on Medscape.com, go to rewards at the top of the screen, and provide the Reward ID and Reward amount ($) associated with the reward your are reviewing. Support will need this information to move forward in assisting you. Please see the screenshots below for further assistance:

• Login and click Rewards
• Click issued
• Press the copy button and email the Support team the information copied (reward ID and reward amount):

Please note: the Reward Request ID above is only for Support to assist you with gaining access your Amazon code again, and is not the code to add to your Amazon account.
