Why are my changes not saving?
The Medscape Mobile app is intended for quick content information. It is not programmed to make and save changes to ones profile.
If you wish to update your account to reflect changes to your specialty, email, password, profession, etc., you must do so on Medscape.com.
Any changes made to your content preference on the mobile app will remain, unless you log out or uninstall the mobile app. If this occurs, the Medscape App will reflect the content w/in your profile on Medscape.com.
