11/15/23, we are aware CME history has disappeared from the Medscape App CME section. Our technical teams are actively working on the fix.  While the history does not show on the App, both our mobile website and desktop website trackers are functioning. On 8/2/23 as we released a new version of the CME tracker.

You can view or print your certificates at any time by going directly to your Tracker Completed page at https://www.medscape.org/activitytracker/completed?trackercomplete and there will be a Generate PDF option on the top right. Alternatively, you can click on View All from your completed section in your activity tracker to access the same page.

Older version of the tracker:

You may print your earned credits/ certificates via the Medscape CME/CE Tracker.

Your Tracker will keep a record of all certificates you’ve earned.

You can search by years earned and credit type.

You can view or print your certificates at any time by going directly to your Tracker at http://www.medscape.org/activitytracker.

Are they still missing? 

• Make sure you are logged into the correct again - you may be registered more than once?
• Have you searched by date completed and the credit type?
