You can view your CME/CE certificates at any time by logging in to your Medscape account and going directly to your tracker's Completed Activities page at https://www.medscape.org/activitytracker/completed?trackercomplete 

You can use the Generate PDF option at the top or the View Certificate link for an individual activity. (Use the Filter option to view activities from a previous year.)

We are unable to troubleshoot printing issues on mobile devices; please check your specific device settings. You can also use a desktop computer to access your tracker using the same link:  https://www.medscape.org/activitytracker/completed?trackercomplete
