The difference between saving and downloading a podcast episode in the Medscape app is:

1. When you download a podcast episode, you can listen to it offline.
2. When you save a podcast episode, you can refer back to it by going into your How do I find a podcast I recently downloaded in the Medscape app? 
3. podcasts folder but you cannot listen to it offline.
   
   

Go to the Medscape app and into the Podcasts hub. In the Podcasts hub, tap on the folder button on the upper right-hand side of your screen. To access your downloaded episodes, tap on the Downloaded tab at the top. If you do not see it on this screen, try downloading the episode again.
