At this time, Scribe is only available for registered MDs in the U.S.

If your Medscape profile has you listed as anything other than a U.S. medical physician, the Scribe feature will not be accessible for your device.  

For iOS Users: If you are registered and listed as a U.S. physician in your Medscape profile, please ensure you are running Medscape App version 12.1. Once you have v12.1 or higher, you should see Scribe listed next to 'Conditions' along the top ribbon.

Once you log into the above link, you should see a QR Code pop-up which you will need to scan with the camera app on the registered device that has the passkey. This is simply a security step; you will only use your phone for the scanning of the QR code and then to enter your passcode on the phone.  Once that is completed, you should be able to access your summaries online.
