At this time, Scribe is only available for registered US MDs, Nurses, PAs, and Students using an iOS device, and US MDs only for Android devices.

Once you log into the above link, you should see a QR Code pop-up, which you will need to scan with the camera app on the registered device that has the passkey. This is simply a security step; you will only use your phone for scanning the QR code and then to enter your passcode on the phone. Once that is completed, you should be able to access your summaries online.
