Normally if you see the "something" went wrong, error message, this occurs after Scribe timed out due to inactivity of 3 minutes. Please click the ""retry" button and sign in with your last pass key. This this still does not work, please close and the App and re-open it. If this still does not work, please see try to close and re-open the device again. If this does not work, please power cycle your device.
In addition, if you recently changed your email address with Medscape, it could be that the old email address was tied to your passcode/passkey. Please LOG OUT of both the Medscape site and the App. ~ (Not just close but actually sign out). Once you are signed in with the newer login information, this should prompt you to create a new passcode. If this does not work, please reach out via the 'Contact Us' button on this page, advising us of Scribe issue and new and old email address.
