Passkey is another password for adding security for your Scribe recordings. Please just note or remember the passkey created, as we are not able to reset this for you.

When you see the 'Sign in with your passkey?" message on the screen, please click the blue 'continue button".

If you select the 'Sign in with Another Device" option, this will need you to take your other device, and use the camera to scan the QR code on the screen. Therefore, selecting the blue continue button is a lot easier and faster. 

You can’t forget your passkey - it's tied to your Apple/Google account. As long as you are able to log in to your Apple/Google account, you will have your passkey with you. We will have a reset passkey feature in the future. To recover your passkey on iOS : Settings -> Passwords/Passkeys. 

(Important note: You cannot use the same account login across multiple devices. Scribe will only work on the device where the passkey was created. If you recently updated your email address with Medscape and passkey is not working, you will need to contact us and let us know this plus your old and new email addresses.)
