Once you are logged in to your Medscape account, please click on the profile icon at the top right of the screen and select 'Professional Information' from the dropdown menu.
Then select 'Survey Portal' from the options on the left side of the page.
Important Notes: You must already be a part of the market research panel in order to access the portal.
If you are registered twice, this can cause issues. Be sure you are logged in with the correct account.
