Once you are signed into the Medscape website, please venture over to the settings icon (gear). Select the 'About You" section and scroll down to the Password section. From here, click edit, and change your password.
Please note our password requirements:
8 character minimum
Must contain at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character
Please note: At one time, Medscape required user names for sign-in. Currently, Medscape accepts either a registered email address or a user name for sign-in. If you are having difficulty remembering a past user name, it may be helpful to recall that user names needed to be at least five characters in length and that special characters and capital letters were acceptable. While we are not able to change usernames, you can change your email address, which will then in turn match your username and email address to each other. All new users, do not have usernames - their email is their only sign-in name.
