The name listed on your CME/CE certificate is taken directly from your Medscape profile. (Please note that we no longer collect full physical mailing addresses, nor do we include license numbers on certificates.)
If you need to update your profile, please log in to your Medscape account. Click on the profile icon at the top right of the screen and select the 'About You' section to update your name or email address. Changes to your profession or specialty can be made through the 'Professional Information' section. After making your changes, be sure to click the 'Save' button.
It may take up to 24 hours for the system to update. You will be able to print the updated certificates from your Tracker.
Important Note: Profile changes must be submitted through the Medscape.com website, not through the app.
