Within 6-8 weeks after the survey closes (which is different from the date completed) you will receive an email from Medscape_surveys@mail.webmdprofessional.com. which contains a link to your remuneration in the form of an Amazon.com electronic gift card* (code).
1. Click on the CLAIM button/link within your received email from a desktop/laptop computer. Note that this process does not always work from a mobile device.
2. Log into your Medscape.com account (if prompted). Please use the help links below for username and password assistance.
3. Your gift card/code will appear on screen. Click the "Claim Now" button.
4. On the final page, you will be provided with your Amazon.com gift code. Click the "copy" button to copy the gift code. We will also email the gift code to the email address associated with your Medscape account. Check your mailbox for a message from Gift Administration. If you do not receive this email please contact surveyspport@webmd.net.
5. To redeem your gift code, visit www.Amazon.com. Go to your Amazon.com account. Enter your gift ccode and click "Apply to Your Account." When you redeem an Amazon.com code to your account, the funds will be stored in "Your Account" and automatically apply to your next eligible order.
IMPORTANT: If you do not claim your gift code by the expiration date listed within the email, you will waive any claim to the gift card.

Even if you do not plan on using your code right away, it is highly recommended that you apply the gift card code to your Amazon.com account to use on future purchases.
